While providing a unique forum for work in the burgeoning fields of oncolytic virotherapy, as well as T cell- and stem cell-based therapies, the journal will consider all top-quality, cutting-edge research that employs innovative molecular and cellular approaches that target cancer cells for destruction, whether by viruses,  other microorganisms, vaccination, or transfer of cells and/or genes. As an official journal of the American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy, Molecular Therapy—Oncolytics will build upon the success of Molecular Therapy and its sibling journals in publishing important peer-reviewed original research and editorial commentary.
