The manuscript shall be published in English or Japanese as Reviews, Regular articles, Notes, Articles, and Communications. YAKUGAKU ZASSHI covers physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, natural products chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacognosy, analytical chemistry, analytical biochemistry, biochemistry, biology, biopharmacy, pharmacology, hygienic chemistry, clinical pharmacy, pharmacy education, pharmaco-informatics, annals of pharmacy, and social pharmacy.   About the journal 0031-6903.pdf Instructions to Authors YAKUGAKU ZASSHI Instructions for Authors The Journal will accept original and innovative submissions in English or Japanese from both members and non-members of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan, on the understanding that the work is unpublished and is not being considered for publication elsewhere. TYPES OF MANUSCRIPT The Journal publishes Reviews (Comprehensive and Short), Regular Articles, Notes, Communications, and Articles. The journal also publishes invited Reviews.Manuscripts in English or Japanese.With the exception of Reviews, manuscripts will be reviewed by two or more members of the editorial board, whose opinions will form the basis of the ˆnal decision by the editor. It is recommended that an English check of the manuscript by a competent and knowledgeable native speaker be completed before submission. Only manuscripts that are written in clear and concise English will be accepted for review. For manuscripts whose English is judged by the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan to be of inadequate quality, English editing will be conducted with the cost to be paid by the author(s).
