About the journal
Techniques in Neurosurgery Techniques in Neurosurgery enables neurosurgeons to develop their practical skills and keep up with the latest neurosurgical techniques and clinical procedures. Each issue focuses on a single topic and provides in-depth information on how the experts handle a particular clinical problem or procedure. Recent topics include: Intraventricular Tumors, Surgery for Parkinson's and Lumbar Spine Infusion.
Each issue of Techniques in Neurosurgery provides a complete, authoritative review of surgical procedures, anatomy, equipment, management strategies, outcomes, and developing technologies related to a specific topic in neurosurgical technique. Indications and rationale for each procedure are explained by leading neurosurgeons worldwide who share their expert knowledge of key techniques with case studies, step-by-step "how-to" instructions for each technique, and valuable "tips and pearls" for improving surgical results.
