In this section, authors must provide an industry application of any theory they present in the paper, or provide a real life case example from practice, or discuss in detail insights they have gained while developing their theory regarding "application of the theory" for practice and implications for implementation and translation of their theory for practice. Manuscripts without this section will be returned to the author without review. 9. All references to publications made in the text should appear at the end of the text under a main heading (e.g., 6. REFERENCES). References should be listed alphabetically in the reference list and numbered. In the text, references should be indicated by author(s) last name(s) and year of publication (e.g., Mital (1993); Mital et al. (1993); (Mital, 1993); (Mital et al., 1993)). References in the text should be organized chronologically (earliest to most recent). Use the following system for arranging references: 9a.
