About the journal
JEEA publishes theoretical and empirical work of the highest scientific quality. The journal is committed to promoting the ambitions of the EEA: the development and application of economics as a science, as well as the communication and exchange between teachers, researchers and students in economics. Each yearly volume includes a double issue with the Proceedings from the previous year's EEA congress.
Instructions to Authors
Papers should be submitted electronically (PDF format only) to http://submit.jeea.org. On receipt of the paper, a confirmation email will be sent automatically within seconds. The submission is not complete if the confirmation email has not been received.
When creating the PDF file from standard word processing packages, it is important to select the option "embed all fonts" (or equivalent) to ensure that mathematical symbols appear correctly. Failure to do so may results in unreadable submissions. Instructions for generating correct PDF files can be found at https://gemini.econ.umd.edu/e-editor/pdftips.html
Papers should be in English. Beginning on 31 December 2003, a submission fee of €75 or $75 will be charged when no author/co-author is a member of the European Economic Association.
