About the journal
The Journal of Swine Health and Production (ISSN 1066-4963) is a refereed journal published bimonthly by the American Association of Swine Veterinarians. It is the only refereed, swine-focused journal currently being published in North America. The Journal of Swine Health and Production  welcomes submissions of reports of swine-related research. Manuscripts are forwarded to three reviewers to determine their suitability for publication. Currently, the average publication turnaround time for manuscripts submitted to Swine Health and Production is around 12 weeks from final acceptance
