We suppose that the Journal will serve as a good tool for information exchange.   The journal is abstracted/indexed in: Science Citation Index Expanded (SciSearch) (available at http://scientific.thomson.com), INSPEC (Information Service for Physics, Electronics, and Computing) database (available at http://www.iee.org/inspec/), Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition, VINITI (All-Russian Institute of Scientific and Technical Information) database (available at http://www.viniti.ru). Please return the completed and signed original of this form by mail or fax. Manuscripts should be in English and contain the title, the name and full address of the authors, an abstract, the main text including, maybe, one or more appendices, and the list of references. No formal limit is set for the length of a paper, but if it is very long the editors may recommend to divide its text into two or more separate papers. The abstract should be concise and carefully worded description of the problem addressed, the key ideas introduced, and the results. References should be listed in alphabetical order, and in the text should be denoted by numbers in square brackets, e.g. [25]. Formulae should be prepared using the following style: variables – italic type; constants and special symbols – roman text type; matrices and vectors – boldface type. Tables must be numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals and have titles. The use of vertical lines in tables is discouraged. Figures can be prepared on a computer and laser printed. Otherwise, they must be photographically reproducible: sharp, noise–free and good contrast. The refereeing of the manuscript is done by anonymous reviewers. Upon acceptance of the paper, page proofs will be sent to the contact authors for proof reading. The publisher will provide each author with issue of the journal, which includes his paper, free of charge. Instrukcija autoriams Straipsniai turi būti parengti kompiuteriu. Užpildytą ir pasirašytą šio dokumento formą prašome siųsti paštu arba faksu. Redkolegija teikia pirmenybę anksčiau niekur neskelbtiems aukšto mokslinio lygio straipsniams. Juose turi būti aiškiai nurodytas tyrimo tikslas, objektas, metodai, pateikti rezultatai ir išvados. Priimami tik anglų kalba parašyti straipsniai. Prie straipsnio reikia pridėti santraukas anglų ir lietuvių kalbomis bei lietuvišką straipsnio pavadinimą. Straipsnyje turi būti tokios dalys: pavadinimas, autorių vardai ir pavardės, adresai, įžanga, pagrindinės dalys, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Literatūra sąraše numeruojama pagal abėcėlę, nuorodos į literatūrą rašomos laužtiniuose skliaustuose. Pageidautina, kad straipsniai būtų maketuojami A4 formato lapuose dviem skiltimis. Didesnės iliustracijos ir lentelės gali būti išdėstytos per visą lapo plotį. Pagrindinis tekstas rašomas 10 pt dydžio šriftu, piešinių ir lentelių pavadinimai bei literatūros sąrašas - 9 pt šriftu, o skyrių pavadinimai pastorintu 12 ir 11 pt šriftu. Formulėse kintamieji rašomi pasvirusiu šriftu, o matricos ir vektoriai žymimi pastorintu šriftu. Lentelės ir iliustracijos numeruojamos arabiškais skaitmenimis, pastorintu šriftu, pvz., Table 1, Figure 5 ir pan. Į žurnalą priimami Microsoft Word arba LaTex formatu parengti straipsniai. Pateikti straipsniai recenzuojami nepriklausomų ekspertų. Jų pavardės autoriams nepranešamos. Priimtus straipsnius autoriai turi pataisyti, atsižvelgdami į recenzijose pateiktas pastabas. Autoriai, kurių staipsniai yra išspausdinti žurnale, po vieną to numerio egzempliorių gauna nemokamai.
