Aim and Scope
The Discussiones Mathematicae Graph Theory publishes high-quality
refereed original papers. Occasionally, very authoritative expository
survey articles and notes (a short original research articles of not
more than 6 journal pages) of exceptional value can be published.
The journal is devoted to all aspects of Graph Theory, especially
concerning the following topics: colourings, partitions (general colourings),
hereditary properties, independence and dominating structures (sets, paths, cycles, etc.),
cycles, local properties, products of graphs as well as graph algorithms related to these topics

Instructions to Authors
The articles should be written in good English either American or British. Do not use both languages in one article. Articles written in poor English will be rejected and not sent out for review. An article may also be rejected because of the editor’s negative opinion on its scientific level. It can happen even if some of the reviewers support the publication of the article.
Reviewing Procedures
To evaluate each paper we refer to at least two independent reviewers from outside the research unit affiliated to the author(s) of the paper. At least one of the reviewers is affiliated to an institution from a country other than the country of the origin of the paper. All reviewers are asked to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest including any financial, personal or other relationships with author(s) of a paper.
The author(s) do not know the identity of the reviewers (single-blind review process). A review has to be in writing and must contain a clear proposal concerning the authorization of a paper for publication or rejection. Reviewers give their decisions as well as provide comments using the standard score sheet prepared by the editors. In case of a conflict between the authors and reviewers an additional reviewer, a person recognized as an expert in the field, indicated by the editors, ultimately resolves the problem.
Dmgt style
Our journal has its own LaTeX style - dmgt, please do not modify it. The style is designed in such a way that its usage is simple and the rules which should be followed are similar to the standard rules for publications in system LaTeX. In dmgt.zip package one can find more details and instructions.
Figures and layout
All figures must be of good quality and in electronic files. We recommend that you use PsTricks or prepare *.eps files. The article should have one-column layout.
Number of pages
The number of pages of the paper is not limited, however we ask for not exceeding 30 pages in dmgt style.
Submission
Articles should be sent (by e-mail) to the Managing Editor (dmgt@wmie.uz.zgora.pl). The appropriate e-mail must contain the following information:
If within two weeks you will not receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your submission, please write to the Managing Editor (dmgt@wmie.uz.zgora.pl).
On the stage of the submission the article need not be written in dmgt style, however it should be in *.pdf file obtained from any version of LaTeX file.
After acceptance
If the paper is accepted for publication, authors are kindly requested to send (by e-mail) to the Editorial Office (dmgt@wmie.uz.zgora.pl)
- the article in *.pdf file and its source in LaTeX or AMS-TeX file.
On this stage of the editorial process the paper must by written (by the author) in dmgt style.
- the copyright for the article.
