The specific aims of this Journal are both to offer a forum of communication for scientists of the field of Endocrinology and to meet the educational needs of clinicians and trainees. Besides the standard material, the Journal includes a section devoted to the etymology of medical terms and the history of Endocrinology. Moreover, the Journal also publishes "puzzling" cases with an invitation for comments.
