Manuscripts in all areas of mathematics will be considered for publication. High standards will be applied in evaluating submitted manuscripts; the entire editorial board must approve the acceptance of any paper. Instructions to Authors   Correspondence by e-mail is requested for convenience and speed. Authors may submit manuscripts to any member of the editorial board. It is suggested that a TeX file of the manuscript be sent by e-mail and a hard copy by fax or regular mail. Also, when submitting a paper, authors are requested to send simultaneously a TeX file to the managing editors by e-mail. We regret that we cannot handle manuscripts which are not prepared in TeX. A list of e-mail addresses for all editorial board members is available. Authors of research announcements may give the names of some mathematicians familiar with the details of their work and/or provide a detailed manuscript, if available.
