nformation for Authors
General
Unpublished papers and extended versions of papers presented at conferences may be submitted for possible publication. Responsibility for the contents of a paper rests upon the authors and not upon the editors or the publisher.

5. Figures and Tables
To ensure a high-quality product, diagrams and lettering must be either computer-drafted or drawn using India ink. Photocopies of diagrams are acceptable. and must be on glossy paper. Diagrams can be submitted at full size, but authors must ensure an image of sufficient quality and resolution that reduction to publication size does not render the image illegible. If possible, please also submit an electronic copy of your figures (high-resolution JPEG, TIFF or Adobe PDF format, or as embedded figures in either MS Word). Figure captions appear below the figure, are center, and are in lower case letters. When referring to a figure in the body of the text, the abbreviation "Fig." is used.
Table captions appear centered above the table in upper and lower case letters. When referring to a table in the text, no abbreviation is used and "Table" is capitalized.

References must be numbered and ordered according to where they are first mentioned in the paper, not alphabetically. Examples follow:
Journal Papers: [1] Ozaki M, Adachi Y, Iwahori Y, Ishii N. Application of fuzzy theory to writer recognition of Chinese characters [J]. International Journal of Modeling and Simulation, 1998, 18(2): 112-116.

Proceedings Papers: [4] Book W J. Modeling design and control of flexible manipulator arms: a tutorial review [A], Proc. 29th IEEE Conf. on Decision and Control [C]. Meeting site, 1990, 500-506.
8. Biographies
Short biographies (less than 100 words) should be provided that detail the first author's education and his research interests as well as his nationality, sex.
Acceptance of manuscripts
