About the journal
Aquatic Living Resources publishes original research papers, review articles and short notes dealing with all living resources in marine, brackish and freshwater environments.
Priority is given to new approaches to the study of ecosystems from the perspective of fisheries management or aquaculture production, including economic aspects. Strategies for conserving biodiversity in the framework of the exploitation of living resources and research related to the development of indicators of environmental impact are welcome too!
Subject areas include:
Population genetics, plasticity in the life-history of aquatic animals and plants
Stock assessment and survey methodology, dynamics of exploited ecosystems
Production techniques, nutrition, reproduction, infectious diseases relevant to aquaculture, environmental risk issues
Living resources as environmental and diversity indicators, modelling, impact of environmental factors on population fluctuations
Instructions to Authors
Original papers only will be considered. Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has not been and will not be nor is presently submitted elsewhere, and that its submission for publication has been approved by all the authors. There are no page charges.
Manuscript submission
