The name, full postal address and telephone, fax and e-mail numbers of the author for correspondence, who will be responsible for reading the proofs, should be given on the first page. An informative abstract must be included. Four complete copies should be sent to the editor. The author should keep a copy of the manuscript. This will enable the file to be opened, read on screen, and printed out in order for any corrections to be added. Further instructions will be sent with the proof. Proofs will be posted if no e-mail address is available; in your absence, please arrange for a colleague to access your e-mail to retrieve the proofs.
