The Journal of the Optical Society of America B (JOSA B) emphasizes quantum optics, lasers, and nonlinear optics. JOSA B is a general research journal and complements JOSA A. It features current research on lasers, fiber optics, nonlinear optics, optical coherent transients, multiphoton processes, effects of laser radiation, spectroscopy, and advances in nonlinear optical materials, science, and technology, among other topics. |

Author Submission Information
Step 1. Prepare your manuscript according to the OSA Style Guide. For efficient review and processing of your paper, it is essential to read and follow the points listed in the Guide.
Step 2. Use one of the templates to prepare your manuscript. MS Word, WordPerfect, and TeX templates, which assist formatting, are provided.
Step 3. Complete and mail the Required Forms.
Step 4. Submit your manuscript electronically. OSA print journals now require electronic submission.
Step 5. Review the Additional Information for Authors, for details regarding manuscript tracking, assistance with publication charges, decisions, page proofs and submitting revisions, communications and comments.
