Instructions to Authors
Manuscripts submitted for publication should be sent (two copies) either to the Secretariat of the journal or to one of the members of the Editorial Board. Manuscripts cannot be accepted for publication without any written report: this report may be written either by the Editor who directly receives the manuscript or by a referee (chosen with the agreement of the Chief Editor). the Chief Editor decides to accept or to reject the papers according to the reports he has received. In practise, the members of the Editorial Board based in Grenoble uses to gather twice monthly. Firstly, they examine the papers submitted for publication in the journal and choose the referees either in France or abroad to whom the papers have to be sent.
