for submiting a paper to
MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry
Manuscripts, in English, should be submitted in electronic form (preferably in pdf-format) either via e-mail (to match@kg.ac.yu ) or on diskette to the Editor:
| |
Prof. Ivan Gutman Faculty of Science P.O.Box 60 34000 Kragujevac Serbia |
In addition to the usual requirements (originality, scientific significance, and clarity of presentation), a paper acceptable for publication in MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry must contain non-trivial mathematics or communicate non-routine computer-based procedures AND have a clear connection to chemistry. All papers are refereed.
Review articles are especially welcome.
The corresponding author receives 25 free reprints of his article and a copy of the respective issue of MATCH. If the author requires, he may receive an electronic reprint of his article (in pdf-format) instead of the 25 printed reprints.
Manuscripts should be in camera-ready form, as specified below. Manuscripts that are not in appropriate camera-ready form will nevertheless be considered for publication, but after the acceptance of the paper the authors will be required to re-format their paper accordingly.
Technical requirements for camera-ready manuscripts:
* manuscripts should be typed one and a half or double spaced on paper of size A4; * the typing area of the pages must be centered; * the text width should be 16 cm, i.e., on both the left and right side of the text there must be 2.5 cm free space; * the text height should be 24 cm; * on top and bottom of each page there must be 3 cm free space; * exceptionally, on the top of the first page there must be 6 cm free space; * tables and figures together with their captions (typed single spaced) must be inserted in the text; * the pages must not be numbered; * if possible (but not obligatorily) the number of pages should be even;
| * otherwise |
the authors are free to arrange the layout of their paper and may quote references as they please, but in a consistent manner. However |
the recommended way of quoting references is as seen from the following examples:
[1] S. Wang, J. Yuan, DNA computing of directed line-graphs, MATCH Commun. Math. Comput. Chem. 56 (2006) 479-484.
[2] D. Cvetkovic, M. Doob, H. Sachs, Spectra of Graphs - Theory and Application, Academic Press, New York, 1980.

After the paper has been accepted for publication, the authors will be requested to send an electronic version of the article as pdf-file as well as source file composed either in LaTeX or in MS Word.
