About the journal
The Minnesota Law Review (ISSN 0026-5535) is published six times a year in November, December, February, April, May, and June by the Minnesota Law Review Foundation, 285 Walter F. Mondale Hall, 229 19th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55455.
Instructions to Authors
Submission Information
The Minnesota Law Review is published six times a year in November, December, February, April, May, and June by the Minnesota Law Review Foundation.
The Minnesota Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Volume 91, which roughly corresponds to the 2006-07 academic year.
The Minnesota Law Review invites submissions of manuscripts in print or electronic format. We regret, however, that printed manuscripts cannot be returned. The Minnesota Law Review accepts manuscripts sent via e-mail to mnlawrev@umn.edu, and strongly prefers that electronic submissions be in Microsoft Word format. The accompanying cover letter, which may be directed to the attention of Joseph J. Cassioppi, Lead Article Editor, should indicate the total number of words in the article (including text and footnotes) and the number of words in text alone. The Minnesota Law Review does not accept submissions from law students.
Citations in all manuscripts should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).
