Instructions to Authors
Submission Instructions
If you wish to submit a technical paper for consideration as an article that will appear in the May 2009 special issue of the Journal of Chemical Engineering Data honoring Dr. Schneider, please be sure to submit your manuscript before November 30, 2008 through ACS Paragon Plus. The process requires you to select "article" for "manuscript type" on the first page of "Submit a Manuscript" and at the bottom of the same page under "Special Issue Selection: If your paper is for a special issue, please select which issue" to select "Gerhard M. Schneider Festschrift". Your submission will be assigned to Ken Marsh as Editor for this special issue.
Please indicate in both your cover letter and in a separate e-mail to ken.marsh@canterbury.ac.nz that you are submitting a manuscript to the Festschrift. Accepted papers will be published as ASAP articles as soon as they are accepted and the proofs have been approved by the author.

Wakeham Festschrift". Your submission will be assigned to Anthony Goodwin as Editor for this special issue.
Please indicate in both your cover letter and in a separate e-mail to goodwin@jced.acs.org that you are submitting a manuscript to the Festschrift. Accepted papers will be published as ASAP articles as soon as they are accepted and the proofs have been approved by the author.
For both Festschrifts, the usual journal policy for handling submissions will apply. Manuscripts submitted must:
