About the journal
The new virtual journal for the busy cardio-thoracic and vascular surgeon.
CV Surgery Online is a fully searchable online compilation of articles pertinent to the cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon from the 5 American Heart Association Journals: Circulation, Circulation Research, Hypertension, CV Surgery, and Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Surgery. CV Surgery Online is available solely via the internet.
Instructions to Authors
Articles of interest to the cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgeon will appear simultaneously online on the ahajournals.org site and in CV Surgery Online. Approximately 100 articles per month will be posted as a part of CV Surgery Online.
As articles of interest to the cardio-thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon are published, they will appear simultaneously online on the ahajournals.org site and in CV Surgery Online. Users can sign up to be alerted to new content available by e-mail.
Complete articles ?full text, illustrations, and references ?related to the following subjects will be included:
Access to CV Surgery Online can be obtained through the purchase of a subscription. Non-subscribers can access the full-text articles via the Pay-Per-View feature. All online visitors can search the site for articles of interest and view abstracts, free of charge.
Instructions for Completing the AHA Journals Reprint Order Form:
- Fill out the author/title section completely.
- Select a method of payment (i.e., credit card, check) and submit it with the form, or you may choose to be billed by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
- All international orders must be pre-paid.
- Use the order form to calculate any additional publication fees, such as color separation and/or page charges.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final.
- All orders must be paid in US dollars.
- Pricing includes the purchase of reprints by the author(s) for personal use only. Non-authors can purchase reprints by contacting the Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Author Reprint Department.
- Reprints and invoice are shipped separately four weeks after publication.
- Book reprints and 2-color journal articles are printed in black and white.
- Orders for articles containing 4-color MUST be received before the journal issue is printed.
