About the journal
Cancer Research (ISSN 0008-5472) is published twice a month, one volume/year, by the American Association for Cancer Research, Inc. (AACR), 615 Chestnut St., 17th Floor Philadelphia, PA 19106-4404. Telephone: (215) 440-9300; Fax (215) 440-9354; E-mail: cancerres@aacr.org.
Scope: Cancer Research publishes significant, original studies in all areas of basic, clinical, translational, epidemiological, and prevention research devoted to the study of cancer and cancer-related biomedical sciences. Scientific topics include: cell and tumor biology; clinical research; endocrinology; epidemiology; experimental therapeutics, molecular targets and chemical biology; immunology; molecular biology, pathobiology and genetics; prevention. Thus its publication scope covers all subfields of cancer research. Papers are stringently reviewed and only those that report results of novel, timely, and significant research and meet high standards of scientific merit will be accepted for publication.
Cancer Research is abstracted or indexed in Biological Abstracts, Chemical Abstracts, Current Contents, Index Medicus, MEDLINE, and Reference Update. The journal is printed on acid-free paper in the U.S.A.

Instructions to Authors
Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention (CEBP) publishes original research on cancer causation, mechanisms of carcinogenesis, prevention, and survivorship. The following topics are of special interest: descriptive, analytical, and molecular epidemiology; the use of biomarkers to study the neoplastic and preneoplastic processes; chemoprevention and other types of prevention trials; and the role of behavioral factors in cancer etiology and prevention.
