We are governed by an Editorial Board and are run by our student members. The Journal is indexed in Contents of Current Legal Periodicals, Current Law Index, Index to Legal Periodicals, Legal Resources Index, Westlaw, and Lexis. The Journal gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Hastings 1066 Foundation. Instructions to Authors The Journal is no longer accepting submissions for Volume 57. We will begin reviewing submissions to be published during the 2006-2007 academic year in March 2006.  The Journal gladly considers unsolicited manuscripts for publication. The Journal also welcomes both formal and informal responses to articles appearing in the Journal and will consider such responses for publication. Submissions should be double-spaced, typewritten on 8.5" x 11" paper, with citations in either footnote or endnote style. Citation must conform to The Bluebook (18th ed. 2005). The Journal regrets that it can only return those manuscripts for which the author provides a pre-addressed, postage-paid envelope.
