About the journal
Founded in 1912, the California Law Review was the first student law journal published west of Illinois. The Review is published six times a year, in January, March, May, July, October, and December. Each issue contains articles, book reviews, and essays contributed by non-student authors -- professors and members of the bench and bar -- as well as student notes and comments. The Review is edited and published by students at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).

The California Law Review is now accepting submissions for consideration in Volume 95 for the 2006-2007 academic year. Please mail submissions to:

* Due to the large number of expedite requests CLR is unable to confirm individual requests. Your expedite will be processed in a timely fashion and an editor will be in touch with you by the day of your request. (If you have a dead line of the 21st you should expedite for the 20th)
* Last Minute Expedites: CLR will do its best to process on short notice. However it isn't always feasable to process a one day turn over.
