Since it has been officially announced, I can now share the news with you. In the next few days I'll be joining the eGullet team to become co-host of the Italy Forum. It might mean that posting on these pages will be somewhat decreased but rest assured I won't be neglecting this blog too much. I'd be really happy if any readers of this site who still don't know about eGullet (very few I believe), one of the best independent food site and forums on the web, would take some time to join me there, have a look around and maybe take part in the captivating discussions taking place in the different eGullet forums.
P.S. If you decide to join the eGullet community I would strongly advise you to have a good look at the user agreement. The forums, as informal as they might be, have a few rules that should be respected by all members, and it's not nice for anyone, either us or you, when a post has to be deleted.
