Proofs will be sent to authors if there is time to do so. They should be corrected and returned within three days. Major alterations to the text cannot be accepted.

Copyright. It is a condition of publication that authors assign copyright or license the publication rights in their articles, including abstracts, to Taylor & Francis. This enables us to ensure full copyright protection and to disseminate the article, and of course to the journal, to the widest possible readership in print or electronic formats as appropriate. Authors retain many rights under the Taylor & Francis right policies, which can be found at http://journalauthors.tandf.co.uk/preparation/copyright.asp. As an author, you are required to secure permission if you want to reproduce any figure, table, or extract from the text of another source. This applies to direct reproduction as well as "derivative reproduction" (where you have created a new figure or table which derives substantially from a copyrighted source).
