About the journal

TWENTIETH-CENTURY LITERATURE [0041-462X]
TWENTIETH-CENTURY LITERATURE publishes critical and interpretive essays on, primarily, British and American twentieth-century writers. Articles analyze the works of such authors as James Joyce, Virginia Woolf, E. M. Forster, D. H. Lawrence, Henry James, Aldous Huxley, and Margaret Atwood. Occasionally, authors from other countries are covered, and occasionally an issue is devoted to a particular author. The journal formerly published bibliographies of authors' works and of literary criticism, but has discontinued that practice (Katz).
