Instructions to Authors

Health Education & Behavior is interested in articles directed to researchers and/or practitioners in health behavior and health education. Empirical research, case studies, program evaluations, and review articles are welcome. Manuscripts should include a section discussing implications for practitioners in the reported work. If a study assesses an intervention, include a description of the intervention. Include author names, affiliations, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail addresses, if available, on title page. An abstract of no more than 150 words should follow the title page, and must accompany each submission. Footnotes, references, tables, and figures should appear on separate pages. Prepare manuscripts in the style of Index Medicus. Submission to Health Education & Behavior implies that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere, nor is under consideration by another journal.
