Since 1995, the journal has published research findings of relevance to both the European trade union movement and the academic and research community with the aim of stimulating dialogue between the two. Transfer helps to foster understanding of significant developments in the field of European trade union policy and industrial relations. The journal presents research findings of practical relevance to industrial relations. At the same time, it enables the academic and research community to gain access to the world of industrial relations in practice. Transfer contains contributions from a wide range of disciplines, including sociology, economics, political science, law and history. Trade unions and trade union related organizations are entitled to a substantially discounted rate on the Institutional Subscription, Combined (Print & E-access) rate. There are no fees payable to submit or publish in this journal. As part of the submission process you will be required to warrant that you are submitting your original work, that you have the rights in the work, and that you have obtained and can supply all necessary permissions for the reproduction of any copyright works not owned by you, that you are submitting the work for first publication in the Journal and that it is not being considered for publication elsewhere and has not already been published elsewhere.
