Aims and scope
THE established international forum for thorough analysis of corporate, securities and financial law, The Journal of Corporate Law Studies is:
- vital for teaching and research,
- vital for practice,
- vital for regulation, law and policy-making.
The broad coverage ranges widely from insolvency to the commercial conflict of laws, directors' duties and financial regulation. It features strong global perspectives, interdisciplinary studies and work in related areas. The result is the only fully developed view of the area – anyone who works in any field where corporate law arises can not afford to be without it.
