The journal is published with grant support from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. The opinions expressed are strictly those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the editorial team nor of the Canadian Psychological Association, its officers, directors, or employees. Please submit two files; one with author identification and one without. Alternatively, manuscripts can be submitted in quadruplicate with three copies bearing no author identification to facilitate blind review. Authors are requested to follow the style described in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 5th edition, 2001. For full length articles, an abstract of approximately 100 words is required, and we will be happy to publish a 600 word abstract in French. All manuscripts should be accompanied by a statement indicating that the work has not been previously published and that it is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal. Following final acceptance of an article for publication, all authors will be required to submit a copy on diskette for production purposes. Complete diskette specifications will be sent out to authors with notice of acceptance. Please contact the Managing Editor for details. Authors are advised that the editorial team will normally not consider empirical papers for publication in this journal. Exceptions to this will involve investigations that have broad implications for our field as a whole (e.g., a survey of psychologists' opinions about the future of our field).
