Regular supplementary volumes are devoted to topics of central importance to both modern theoretical research and present economic reality. Das "Journal of Economics" ist eine Fachzeitschrift für mathematische Wirtschaftstheorie. Sie setzt den Schwerpunkt auf mikroökonomische Theorie, veröffentlicht aber ebenso Beiträge zu makroökonomischen Themen wie ökonometrische Fallstudien von allgemeinem Interesse. Regelmäßig erscheinende Sonderhefte widmen sich Themen, die für die moderne theoretische Forschung wie für die gegenwärtige ökonomische Wirklichkeit von zentraler Bedeutung sind. Fields of interest: Mathematical economic theory of medium and high level difficulty, econometric case studies of general interest. Interessensgebiete: Mathematische Wirtschaftstheorie von mittleren und hohem Schwierigkeitsgrad, ökonometrische Fallstudien von allgemeinem Interesse.  Instructions to Authors Manuscript Submission Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before; that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities (tacitly or explicitly) at the institute where the work has been carried out.
