It publishes research, debate and comment to inform policy and practice, and recognises the importance of professional-patient partnership. The journal was previously known as Journal of Family Planning and Reproductive Health Care. Ownership BMJ Sexual & Reproductive Health is co-owned by BMJ and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
