The Common Market Law Review has provided a forum for the keenest legal minds in the fields for 40 years. Because of the international composition of its Editorial Board, and in view of the fact that it is able to attract contributions from all over Europe, and from the United States, the Review is able to adopt a unique approach to capitilize Community issues.

Instructions to Authors
Submission of manuscripts
1.Manuscript should be sent,in duplicate,to:

Authors are requested to submit material digitally(by e-mail or on disk)(wordperfect or word)as well as hard copy.Please use a minimum of computer codes,"styles"etc.Please ensure that the accompanying printout is identical to the version on disk,and indicate which programme has been used.E-mail address is A.M.McDonnell@law.LeidenUniv.nl
2.Authors should include written confirmation that the article or annotation has not been published,nor is pending publication elsewhere.
3.Manuscripts not on computer disk should be typewritten on A4 paper
4.Footnotes should be numbered sequentially in superscript in the text outside punctuation marks.
5.Articales should perferably be no longer than 24 pages(approx.8,000words)
Annotations should be no longer than 10 pages(approx.3,000words)
Book reviews should bu 1-3 pages in length,without footnote references.
