The ALR strives to develop legal research and writing skills of students while publishing articles that serve both practitioners and academicians. Each issue is a nexus of theory and practice containing articles by practicing lawyers, judges, and academicians. The ALR contains student comments and casenotes on administrative law issues. In addition, the ALR regularly publishes symposia, conferences, and meetings on current topics in administrative law.   Instructions to Authors An Invitation to Authors The Administrative Law Review endeavors to be a forum for views on developments pertaining to administrative law, the Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice, and other information of interest and use to its members and other readers. The Administrative Law Review welcomes the submission of original articles, comments, book reviews, and case studies. Manuscripts should be double-spaced and in Times New Roman font. We require footnotes and conformity to A Uniform System of Citation (18th Edition) published by The Harvard Law Review Association (the Bluebook).
