Electronic submissions are strongly encouraged. Manuscript Preparation Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts in electronic form using TEX, LATEX, or AMS-LATEX. Authors may consult "A Manual for Authors" published by the American Mathematical Society (1980 edition). Only original manuscripts not previously published may be considered, and the authors must agree that the manuscripts have not been submitted elsewhere. Copyright Agreement When an article is accepted, the authors should download the Consent to Publish form and return signed copies as instructed on the form.
