About the journal
International Journal of Information Technology and Decision Making (IJITDM) provides a global forum for exchanging research findings and case studies which bridge the latest information technology and various decision-making techniques. It promotes how information technology improves decision techniques as well as how the development of decision-making tools affects the information technology era. The journal is peer-reviewed and publishes both high-quality academic (theoretical or empirical) and practical papers in the broad ranges of information technology related topics including, but not limited to the following:

Instructions to Authors
- Hardcopies of manuscripts in triplicate with at least one original set of figures (photographs) and an electronic version (i.e. by e-mail or on a floppy disk) should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief.
- The front page of the manuscripts should have the title of the paper, and the names, affiliations, and e-mail addresses of all authors. An abstract (no more than 150 words) and a list of keywords (no more than six) should also be enclosed.
- Authors may recommend four persons as reviewers for their manuscripts when they submit the manuscripts.
- Submission of a manuscript shows a clear understanding that the manuscript is not under consideration for publication with other journals or publications.
- Depending on the nature and content of the manuscript, either the Editor-in-Chief will send the manuscript to an appropriate member of the Advisory Board or Editorial Board who will then send the manuscript to at least two competent reviewers, or the Editor-in-Chief will ask two appropriate members of the Advisory Board and/or Editorial Board to review. Based on the recommendations by the members of Advisory Board or Editorial Board, the Editor-in-Chief will make final decision on acceptance, rejection, and revision of the manuscript.
- Once a paper is accepted, the author has to prepare a camera-ready manuscript according to the instructions provided by World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte Ltd. The desk editor of World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte Ltd will work with the author for proofreading before publication.
- The author is assumed to have transferred copyright of the accepted paper over to World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte Ltd. All papers will be acknowledged and refereed.
- There will be no page charge for the journal. Fifty free reprints will be given to the first author of each accepted paper. Purchase orders for additional reprints can be made on order forms that will be sent to authors.
