About the journal
|
Nutrition, Metabolism and Cardiovascular Diseases, an established international Journal indexed in Index Medicus, MEDLINE, Current Contents®/Clinical Medicine, Research Alert®, Science Citation Index®, Science Citation Index-Expanded® (Sci Search®) and Chemical Abstracts is a forum specifically designed to address the many unanswered questions raised by the powerful interplay between nutritional and metabolic alterations and cardiovascular disorders. It aims to be a highly qualified tool to help refine strategies against the nutrition-related epidemics of cardiovascular diseases. By presenting new findings from clinical and biochemical investigators, it offers a unique opportunity to become involved in a rapidly developing area of clinical and preventive medicine, including also vascular biology. Of particular concern are the origins, the mechanisms and the means to prevent and control atherosclerotic and hypertensive diseases. |
