About the journal

Hydrological Processes is an international journal devoted to the publication of original scientific and technical papers in hydrology. The objective of these communications is to improve our understanding of hydrological processes. The scope of the journal encompasses disciplines focussing on the physical, biogeochemical, mathematical and methodological aspects of hydrological processes together with research on instrumentation and techniques.

Instructions to Authors

Preparing Your Manuscript helps you structure your presentation and gives you direction for styling your writing consistently. It also presents John Wiley's basic requirements for manuscript submissions, conventionally and electronically, and contains a useful Author's Checklist to remind you of the essential steps you need to take as you write your book.

Art Preparation helps you create an effective illustration program that will significantly enhance the presentation of your published work. It presents guidelines that will ensure the quality and accuracy of each piece of art and explains the process artwork goes through at John Wiley & Sons to reach its final destination in your text. Sample line drawings are given which clearly illustrate the points in the guide, and a Checklist for Computer-Prepared Art is provided for your use.
