About the journal

Aims and Scope Computational Complexity (CC) presents outstanding research in computational complexity. Its subject is at the interface between mathematics and theoretical computer science, with a clear mathematical profile and strictly mathematical format. The central topics are:
Models of computation, complexity bounds, complexity classes, trade-off results for sequential and parallel computation for «general?(Boolean) and «structured?computation for deterministic, probabilistic, and nondeterministic computation Specific areas of concentration include:
Structure of complexity classes Algebraic complexity Cryptography, interactive proofs Complexity issues in computational geometry, robotics, and motion planning learning theory number theory logic combinatorial optimization and approximate solutions

Instructions to Authors
Authorship Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published before except possibly in conference proceedings; that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that its publication has been approved by all coauthors; that, if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatically transfer the copyright to the publisher; and that the manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holder. Manuscript Submissions Authors should send a postscript file plus a short cover letter, giving the contact author's name and address, either to the Editor-in-Chief gathen@uni-paderborn.de or to one of the Editors. Manuscripts must be in English. Information on preparing camera-ready copy of accepted manuscripts can be found on the homepage of computational complexity.
Submissions can also be sent by mail to the Editor-in-Chief.
