Including Annual Reviews In Your Course Reader - Use Articles from Annual Reviews to Enhance your Online Course Reader. Annual Reviews opens up a world of research to your students. Each series' web site contains a treasury of articles-a number that grows by up to 40 articles per discipline each year-all available for inclusion and use in your course reader.

A customized reading packet is easy to create. Simply:

Select the Annual Reviews series of interest at http://arjournals.annualreviews.org/action/showJournals

Identify the appropriate articles with the series' search engine or browse through each volume and develop a list of titles for your class.

Add abstracts and link directly to articles in your online syllabus, reading list, or other web-based course materials.

That's all it takes. As long as your institution is a subscriber, your access will be immediate and seamless. You and your students will then be able to enjoy the permission free material.

How You Can Benefit
Annual Reviews series are a valuable resource for undergraduate and graduate-level courses. By supplementing your course materials with our series' articles you can be sure that your students will stay connected to, and well informed of, the latest developments in their field of study. If your institution has a subscription, you can take advantage of this resource by including any number of articles in your online course reader. It's easy and immediate, requires no separate request for permission, and is available at no additional cost to you or your students.

If your institution does not currently subscribe to the series of interest, please have your department head or librarian contact the
Annual Reviews Site License Department for pricing information and an online trial.

Site License Opportunities for Vendors
All 37 Annual Reviews series are now available as an integrated online product, accessible through a single site license for single-sites, multi-sites, or consortia.

Visit our Site Licensing page for more information.

Site License FAQ's - Vendors:

What is the difference between a site license and an online only or print + online order? A site license is the consolidation of all orders into one order for the year, or an order for one of our suites or a custom suite of Annual Reviews. A multi-location site license is also necessary when access is going to be made available at multiple locations.

Do customer's need to sign a site license agreement for their online or print + online orders? We do not require a signed agreement if the customer is ordering print + online or online only orders. We only require this when an order for a site license is placed, or when the customer is going to make access available at multiple locations.

Is access based on a calendar year? We can set up a site license for a calendar year. However, the print + online or online only orders are not based on a calendar year because the Annual Reviews publish at various times during the year. Online access is available from the time the current year volume becomes available until the next volume publishes. If the order is renewed, access is continuous and the customer does not need to activate the account. Please see our publication schedule for the expected publication dates.

Do you offer consortia discounts? Yes. Please contact our site license department, sitelicense@annualreviews.org regarding consortia opportunities.
