Site License Opportunities for Vendors All 37 Annual Reviews series are now available as an integrated online product, accessible through a single site license for single-sites, multi-sites, or consortia.
Visit our Site Licensing page for more information.
Site License FAQ's - Vendors:
What is the difference between a site license and an online only or print + online order? A site license is the consolidation of all orders into one order for the year, or an order for one of our suites or a custom suite of Annual Reviews. A multi-location site license is also necessary when access is going to be made available at multiple locations.
Do customer's need to sign a site license agreement for their online or print + online orders? We do not require a signed agreement if the customer is ordering print + online or online only orders. We only require this when an order for a site license is placed, or when the customer is going to make access available at multiple locations.
Is access based on a calendar year? We can set up a site license for a calendar year. However, the print + online or online only orders are not based on a calendar year because the Annual Reviews publish at various times during the year. Online access is available from the time the current year volume becomes available until the next volume publishes. If the order is renewed, access is continuous and the customer does not need to activate the account. Please see our publication schedule for the expected publication dates.
Do you offer consortia discounts? Yes. Please contact our site license department, sitelicense@annualreviews.org regarding consortia opportunities.
