Poe Studies/Dark Romanticism provides a forum for interpretive, cumulative dialogue about Poe's life and writings; about the cultural and material contexts that conditioned the production and reception of his work; and about his interrelationships with other writers, especially those who work in traditions of dark romanticism. Features include review essays, periodic special issues dealing with such topics as "Poe and Gender," and a periodic "International Poe Bibliography." Feel free to email the editors, Alexander Hammond, and Jana L. Argersinger, with comments or queries; or call us at 509-335-4795.
