About the journal
Founded in 1977 by Francis Golffing, The Journal of Pre-Raphaelite Studies publishes semi-annually in the Spring and Fall studies of Pre-Raphaelite, Aesthetic, and Decadent art, culture, and literature of the nineteenth century. It is refereed by an Editorial Advisory Board of international scholars, with its editorial office at York University. To increase the number of subscribers, we have lowered the subscription price to $24 (?7), as well as offering a three-year subscription for $50 (?5).
