About the journal
Aims and Scope
In 2011, Philosophical Books became Analytic Philosophy. Edited out of the University of Texas at Austin, the journal focuses on peer-reviewed research articles. Original philosophical work in all areas of philosophy (book symposia, critical notices, and reviews will still be carried, as well as discussions and other sorts of philosophical pieces.
Submissions in any area will be accepted. Please submit manuscripts to be considered at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/analyticphilosophy

Author Guidelines
In 2011, Philosophical Books became Analytic Philosophy. Edited out of the University of Texas at Austin, the journal focuses on peer-reviewed research articles—original philosophical work in all areas of philosophy. Book symposia, critical notices, and reviews are still carried, as well as discussions and other sorts of philosophical pieces.
Submissions in any area will be accepted. There is no antecedent restriction on length. Please submit manuscripts to be considered at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/analyticphilosophy
By submitting a manuscript to or reviewing for this publication, your name, email address, and affiliation, and other contact details the publication might require, will be used for the regular operations of the publication, including, when necessary, sharing with the publisher (Wiley) and partners for production and publication. Style Guidelines Submissions should be prepared for blind review. The style guidelines for first round reviewing are liberal. Papers following any standard citation format (e.g. MLA, Chicago, etc.) will be accepted. All quotations should be given a page reference.
Free Format Submission Analytic Philosophy offers free format submission for a simplified and streamlined submission process. If you are invited to revise your manuscript after peer review, the journal will also request the revised manuscript to be formatted according to a few minimal formatting requirements.

Copyright Transfer Agreement
If your paper is accepted, the author identified as the formal corresponding author for the paper will receive an email prompting them to login into Author Services; where via the Wiley Author Licensing Service (WALS) they will be able to complete the license agreement on behalf of all authors on the paper.
