Abstract, text and bibliography should be in a single Microsoft Word document.   Before submitting an article, contributors should request the full instructions from Derek Miller, drmill@wm.edu.   Articles should be between 8,000 and 14,000 words in length (including bibliography and notes).  An abstract of 100-150 words and up to six keywords should precede the main text, which should be followed by a bibliography and endnotes.  Contributors copy and online access Contributors are entitled to one copy of the issue in which their article or book review appears. All contributors will be granted access to the online version of the journal.
